Green Ice is a highly economical cooling gel, specially developed to soothe tired tendons and swollen joints after intensive training or competition.

It also contains arnica and witch hazel, known for their pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory properties. Eucalyptus oil, also included in the formula, can provide relief from contusions, swelling and bruising.

Wash the tendon or joint area and apply a fairly thick layer of gel. The area may be bandaged. Wash off any residue once dry.
